To Bills Fans Panicing About Losing A High Pick…

AUTHOR: | IN: Uncategorized | COMMENTS: None Yet

Personally, I would rather win as many games as possible to pick up some momentum heading into next season.  That being said I can’t knock fans for wanting what’s best for this team.  There is some merit in the argument that says the Bills would be better off if they lose out and can bring in that franchise player, namely Andrew Luck. Well, after looking at the competition and circumstances, I think there’s a chance you can breathe easier and get the best of both worlds.

Buffalo Bills Headlined on CNN

AUTHOR: | IN: Uncategorized | COMMENTS: None Yet

Man, just when the Buffalo Bills were starting to gain the public’s eye in a good way by playing passionate football, breakout receiver Steve Johnson, is starting to gain the spotlight in a bad way. Last week, we all remember the ‘Why So Serious’ touchdown celebration, and now he is blaming God for dropping the game winning touchdown in yesterday’s game. Ouch. Clipped from: religion.blogs.cnn.com (share this clip) I know Lee Evans is a soft spoken guy, but now is the time for him to take Johnson aside and let him know about how to handle himself in the spotlight. Holiday Season Charity Drive

AUTHOR: | IN: Uncategorized | COMMENTS: None Yet

To kick off the Holiday season, the FanSided network has partnered up with Site5 (our terrific hosting company) on a seasonal charity drive to raise money for a great cause — the Boys and Girls Club of America. What better cause than a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children, especially one that uses a heavy dosage of sports to reach those kids. This Holiday season, we here at the FanSided family are thankful for our growing network, our great hosting company (Site5) and, most of all, how fortunate we are. That’s why our family is giving back and asking you [...]

A Comedy of Errors (In a Depressing Kind of Way)

AUTHOR: | IN: Uncategorized | COMMENTS: None Yet

As Ryan Fitzpatrick’s pass slipped through the outstretched palms of Stevie Johnson, the air in Ralph Wilson Stadium got sucked down with it.  However, there was no one play to put the onus on today.  Both teams made mistakes, with Johnson’s near-catch merely culminating a game full of errors. To say “If only we could’ve made that catch…” wouldn’t be fair to Stevie.  Johnson did have a rough outing today, with four drops by my count.  He tipped up a ball into the diving arms of Troy Polamalu with under three minutes to play.  We also wouldn’t have come even [...]

Bills Turn Lights Out on Merriman

AUTHOR: | IN: Uncategorized | COMMENTS: None Yet

For those holding out hope that Shawne Merriman could revive the Bills’ moribund pass rush, you can forget about those prospects. The Bills officially placed Merriman on injured reserve, following San Diego’s lead in determining Merriman isn’t worth the trouble.

Bills/Steelers Preview – 5 Questions with Nice Pick Cowher

AUTHOR: | IN: Previews | COMMENTS: None Yet

Can the Bills win 3 in a row!?!??! Well find out this Sunday as the Bills return to Ralph Wilson Stadium to play against the always tough Pittsburgh Steelers. To get a better feel about the Steelers, I had the pleasure of talking to Chris Viola of the Pittsburgh Steelers’ Blog Nice Pick Cowher to answer some key questions heading into Sunday’s match-up BLD: Start off with a personal question, after the offseason that he had, do you still stand behind Ben Roethlisberger ? It seems as if Pittsburgh had no problem winning without him earlier in the season. NPC: [...]
