Buffalo Bills: 53-man roster prediction after final preseason game

Running Back/Fullback (4)
James Cook, Damien Harris, Latavius Murray, Reggie Gilliam
Another pretty self-explanatory section. Cook seems primed for a breakout season in his second year as a pro. While it was obvious that Cook was going to be the number one running back, it appears he’ll be getting even more reps than we thought. Damien Harris was hurt much of the summer but in his first preseason action against the Bears, he was great. Harris will be a nice compliment to Cook.
Latavius Murray had a phenomenal summer and has not looked at all like an aged back. Murray is a big powerful veteran runningback who can be a nice addition for the Bills. He is also a great pass-blocker. Murray is a lock, as he was given a rest day against the Bears.
Tight End (3)
Dawson Knox, Dalton Kincaid, Quintin Morris
Dawson Knox enters his fifth season in Buffalo and is the number one tight end on the roster. Knox looked great in camp and will still be very involved in the offense. He is the best blocking tight end the Bills have.
Dalton Kincaid was the rave of Bills camp this summer and put his route-running ability on display in the games. The rookie first-rounder seems set to be heavily involved in the offense. The Bills will likely run a lot of 12 personnel. Kincaid will be used more like a receiver as well and should be heavily used in the slot, allowing Knox to continue playing traditional tight end.
Quintin Morris was impressive last preseason and earned his spot on the team. He made a few nice plays during the season and continued his great play this summer. He made multiple highlight reel catches and one-handed grabs. He put an explanation on his roster spot with a gorgeous touchdown catch from Kyle Allen against the Bears.
