The Buffalo Bills are now through training camp and all three of their preseason games this summer. A day that many across the league dread is now on tap; NFL cut-down day. The unfortunate day for players everywhere is when NFL teams have to trim their roster down to 53. This year, that day is Tuesday, August 29, by 4:00 p.m.
The Buffalo Bills are no exception, as the front office and coaching staff will begin their work following the Bills preseason game three win over the Bears. A lot of players were great this summer so it will again be another year of tough cuts for the Bills. Let’s look at what the final roster could look like.
Buffalo Bills Offense
Quarterback (2)
Josh Allen, Kyle Allen
This one is pretty self-explanatory as to who the starting quarterback will be. The interesting part of this though, is the backup quarterback spot. Matt Barkley looked good in the first preseason game, but awful in the second; he turned over the ball four times.
Kyle Allen has had some solid plays, but for the most part, has left much to be desired. The Bills were in on trying to add Trey Lance, they could look to upgrade Josh Allen’s backup this week.
