Do the Buffalo Bills re-sign Isaiah McKenzie?

The Buffalo Bills don’t have many free agents at the position but Isaiah McKenzie is one and he has been a key part of this offense over the past few years. McKenzie joined the Bills midway through the 2018 season and has played in 38 games, starting 16 of those games.

The reason McKenzie is valuable even though playing less than 50% of the offensive snaps is he is a gadget player that helps make Brian Daboll’s offense more dynamic. He has tremendous speed and can line up all over the field. He has 75 receptions, 28 rushing attempts with 9 total touchdowns which includes a passing touchdown this past year.

He also showed that he could step into a full-time role if the need arose in Week 17 against the Miami Dolphins. He replaced Cole Beasley in the slot and had six receptions, 65 yards, and two receiving touchdowns.

In a year where the salary cap is limited, it wouldn’t be surprising if McKenzie is able to get a bigger contract somewhere else.
