Week 9 – Tre’Davious White vs. D.K. Metcalf / Bills defensive line vs. Seahawks offensive line

The most entertaining head-to-head in Week 9 will be Tre’Davious White against D.K. Metcalf. White has had issues against bigger, more physical receivers in his career, most notably A.J. Green. But Metcalf is not as polished a route runner, and it will be interesting to see how much Metcalf can progress from year one to two and if it will create a viable threat to White’s man coverage skills.

Another way to neutralize the Seattle passing attack is to apply pressure to Wilson inside the pocket. Yet another offseason has come and gone and the Seahawks have invested very little into protecting their franchise QB. Is it to allocate assets elsewhere or simply because they believe in Wilson’s mobility to keep him upright?

Regardless, the Buffalo Bills and specifically rookie 2nd-rounder A.J. Epenesa could have a sack party in this game. This may be a game that the Bills ask Tremaine Edmunds to play as a QB spy in attempts to keep Wilson in the pocket as much as possible.
