Updated roster needs for Buffalo Bills before 2024 free agency

The Buffalo Bills were going to have some decisions to make at the position, most notably with Gabe Davis. Their starting wide receiver the past two seasons is set to be a free agent and was expected to be highly sought after after the season.

However, competition will likely be even tougher if the Bills want to bring him back as the free agent class isn't as strong with Tee Higgins and Michael Pittman Jr. receiving the franchise tag and Mike Evans re-signing with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

In addition to Davis, the Bills also had Trent Sherfield set to be a free agent and they recently released Deonte Harty. The depth chart right now consists of Stefon Diggs, Khalil Shakir, and Justin Shorter as the Top 3 and it would be shocking if the front office didn't add at least two new players to the position this offseason.
