Buffalo Bills Position of Need: Running Back

The way that Devin Singletary finished the year doesn’t make this as much of a need as it might have looked earlier in the season. The third-year running back finished the year with a rushing touchdown in six straight games and had 80 or more rushing yards in four of those games.

While Singletary is still under contract, along with Zack Moss, it would make sense for the team to explore the options at the position. They may no longer be looking for a featured running back but it could be a complementary running back or one that could step into the starting role if Singletary were to miss time.

Based on how the year ended for Devin Singletary, this is a position that makes more sense being addressed in the NFL Draft instead of free agency. They could add another running back on a reasonable contract that if Singletary was to leave in free agency after this year, could step into that starting role.
