Buffalo Bills: Updated 53-man roster projections after minicamp
Wide Receiver (6)
Stefon Diggs, Cole Beasley, Emmanuel Sanders, Gabriel Davis, Isaiah McKenzie, Isaiah Hodgins
Another position the team is going to have some tough decisions to make is at wide receiver with the depth the team has. The top four positions are almost guaranteed with Diggs, Beasley, Sanders, and Davis locked into their roles.
The fifth spot is likely up for grabs and whoever wins the competition for the Bills’ starting returner will win this role. I believe Isaiah McKenzie should be the favorite because he has experience both on kickoffs and punts while also being the backup slot receiver as well as that gadget player for this offense.
The sixth spot will also be up for grabs and will be a battle between Hodgins, Marquez Stevenson, and Jake Kumerow. The sixth round pick from the 2020 NFL Draft has gotten praise from McDermott and Josh Allen that it is enough right now to slot him as the final wide receiver.
