Best Buffalo Bills player to wear #18: Andre Roberts, WR/KR

18. player. . . The Citadel. Andre Roberts. 16. Wide Receiver/ Return specialist

Andre Roberts was originally drafted in the third round by the Arizona Cardinals in 2010. Roberts’ best year as a pass-catcher came in 2012 and hasn’t come close to that same amount of production since.  It wasn’t really until 2014 that he became a stud in the return game, and this is probably the reason why he is still in the NFL at this time.

In his two seasons with the team before leaving for the Houston Texans in March, Roberts posted 1600 plus kickoff return yards, with an average of about 28.1 yards per return. In today’s NFL, it’s very hard to find that. When you can get a guy who can get you more yards than what a touchback will give you, you have something rare and something that needs to be used.

There really wasn’t anybody else who played longer than 2 or 3 years for the rest of the players who also wore 18. Take a look here and see if you remember anyone from this list.
