3. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The next offense on this list is the Bucs led by Tom Brady and an excellent cast of pass catchers at his disposal. The current Super Bowl champions have one of the deepest wide receiver position groups in the NFL with Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, and Antonio Brown.

They also have an excellent group of tight ends that includes Rob Gronkowski, O.J. Howard and Cameron Brate. While Gronkowski is one of the best tight ends to ever play the game, Howard and Brate have shown they are more than capable of being productive at their position.

The reason this offense isn’t higher is due to the questions at running back. While Leonard Fournette had a great playoff run, he didn’t produce like that over an entire season. After Fournette is a collection of players that includes Ronald Jones, Ke’Shawn Vaughn and Gio Bernard.

The Bucs are going to lean heavily on Brady and this passing attack, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing but could move up these rankings with more production from the run game.
