2. Tennessee Titans

The next two teams are very close when comparing just the offensive side of the ball. For now, the Tennessee Titans are number two on this list but it wouldn’t be all that surprising to see them be the best offense in the NFL by the end of the year.

The big reason the Titans are in this discussion was the acquisition of Julio Jones recently. The former All-Pro wide receiver will now be paired with A.J. Brown, who is a player that has the talent to be the best wide receiver in the NFL. These two combine to create one of the best WR duos in the league.

However, the thing that really sets this offense apart is Derrick Henry, who is a matchup nightmare in his own right. The star running back has had over 3,500 rushing yards and 33 rushing touchdowns the past two seasons.

The challenge for defensive coordinators is how to slow this offense down. Henry is a physical back that forces defenses to almost always have eight defenders in the box. However, this leaves secondaries with the challenge of stopping Brown and Jones with single coverage and this is not a winning strategy either.

The Titans’ offense has the potential to be really good this coming season and will be interesting to see if everything comes together.
