Mike Evans

Two weeks after the Saints game, the Buffalo Bills will travel south to face the defending Super Bowl champion, Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Bucs have one of the more physically imposing wide receivers in the game in Mike Evans.

Evans is 6’5″ and 231 pounds and creates mismatches with his size. This has certainly helped him be productive with over 65 receptions and 1,000 receiving yards in each of his seven seasons. In 2020, Evans was more efficient with Tom Brady throwing him the ball with a career-high in catch rate (64.2%) and receiving touchdowns (13).

The trouble with the Bucs is that they have a number of good wide receivers with Chris Godwin and Antonio Brown. While Evans may be the biggest target, the Buffalo Bills coaching staff may switch who Tre’Davious White covers during the course of the game.
