Calvin Ridley

The final wide receiver on this list plays the Buffalo Bills and Tre’Davious White in Week 17 and that is Atlanta Falcons‘ Calvin Ridley. The former University of Alabama star has steadily improved over the past three seasons and could be in line for a significant increase in workload in 2020.

The reason is that Ridley has always had Julio Jones on the other side of the field and with Jones no longer on the team, that means there are a lot of vacated targets up for grabs. Ridley has averaged 109 targets per season in his first three years and that number could be upwards of 150 this coming season.

Ridley is a different wide receiver from Evans or Michael Thomas in that he isn’t a pass catcher that will beat cornerbacks with size but rather with speed and great route running. The biggest question will be the weather as there is a good chance that there is snow, wind (or both) that could play a major role in the passing game for the Falcons.
