Defensive Line (10)

Defensive Ends: Jerry Hughes, Mario Addison, Gregory Rousseau, Carlos Basham Jr., A.J. Epenesa, Darryl Johnson

Defensive Tackles: Star Lotulelei, Ed Oliver, Harrison Phillips, Vernon Butler

Similar to the offensive line, the Buffalo Bills have great depth along the defensive line due in large part to the draft capital they have invested. The Buffalo Bills have used a first or second-round pick three consecutive years on the defensive line and drafted four total players (Ed Oliver, A.J. Epenesa, Gregory Rousseau, and Carlos Basham Jr.).

They also have a number of veterans like Jerry Hughes, Mario Addison, and Star Lotulelei who are key parts of this defense. When considering all these pieces, roster spots begin to run out fairly quickly and this means players like Efe Obada and Justin Zimmer are probably going to need a great training camp to earn a spot on the 53-man roster.
