How will the Bills replace Feliciano?
In another segment of the “most frustrating” offseason in NFL history, the injury bug has taken a Buffalo Bills victim in Jon Feliciano.
Feliciano announced on his Instagram account that he suffered a torn pectoral muscle while he was working out. Echoing what Feliciano said in his address about him only missing a few games early in the season, however it could be up to three months.

With this now creating a large gap in the Bills’ offensive line, the team will now have to find a suitable replacement for the guard. The most plausible and idealistic option would have second-year offensive tackle Cody Ford slide to the guard position to fill the gap that Feliciano now leaves.
Moving Ford to guard has been something that has been speculated on for some time now, but the move to guard would not be new territory for Ford. While at Oklahoma, before moving to right tackle in his senior season, he spent the 2016 and 2017 season at left guard along the Sooners’ offensive line.
Having a player like Ford who has the ability to move around on the offensive line while still being able to make an impact no matter where he is slotted will be monumental in the line’s performance while Feliciano sits and nurses his injury.
