Dawson Knox
The Buffalo Bills used their third round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft on tight end Dawson Knox and he was a player that didn’t have a lot of production at Ole Miss but has good physical tools. That was on display his rookie season, which he finished with 28 receptions, 388 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Similarly to a number of players on this list, it will come down to his development and if he can continue to show improvement. One of the reasons that Knox should still be on the roster come 2025, is that he is still fairly young at 23 and the tight end position is not one that usually commands a lot of cap space.
