Tre’Davious White

If there is one player that could find out this offseason if he will have a contract with the Buffalo Bills in 2025, it would be cornerback Tre’Davious White. The former LSU cornerback was the Bills first round pick in 2017 and had his fifth-year option picked up a few weeks ago.

However, the next step for the Bills is to work out a contract extension. Tre’Davious White is coming off a season where he showed he is capable of playing his way into the discussion of top cornerback in the NFL with an All-Pro and Pro Bowl selection due in part to his six interceptions, which was tied for the league lead.

While the team does have White under contract through the 2021 season, they shouldn’t wait to work out an extension. White is the oldest player on this list but at only 25 and in 2025 would only be 30 years old. This is certainly a point where Tre’Davious White could be playing at a high level.

It would make sense for the Bills at a minimum to try to work out a three or four year extension that would keep him with the team through the 2025 season.
