We are under two hours away from the NFL Draft kicking off with the Chicago Bears and the first overall pick. Within this draft, there is a ton of offense for plenty to go around for all 32 NFL teams. The Buffalo Bills should shift more on taking offensive talent to surround quarterback Josh Allen.

With the Bills going into the draft, where there is an expectation of them getting a wide receiver, an NFL Insider has made an expectation on what the Bills could do by the time the draft is completed this Saturday.

Jordan Schultz has posted on X that there is a chance that the Bills will come out of this draft with at minimum two receivers including one tonight whether it is at the 28th pick or even a potential trade up.

It’s no secret that the Bills are going to eventually end up with a wide receiver and it should all start tonight on the first night of the draft. With Brandon Beane trading away Stefon Diggs to the Houston Texans a couple weeks ago, the Bills are in a search to surround Josh Allen with weapons for this season and beyond.

One receiver that the Bills have been connected to throughout this draft process is LSU wideout Brian Thomas Jr. who had a phenomenal season with the Tigers in 2023. Finishing with 68 receptions for 1,177 yards and 17 touchdowns, Thomas would slide right into the offense and take the pressure off of the offense. Not to mention, he can also take some pressure off of players like Khalil Shakir and Dalton Kincaid, both whom stepped up for the Bills down the stretch last season.

With this wide receiver class being so deep, it would not be surprising to see the Bills going with another receiver at some point whether it is in the 2nd-3rd round, or on the last day of the draft.
