While the Tampa Bay Buccaneers may not want to admit it, this is a team that is clearly going through a rebuild after Tom Brady retired and they released a number of players this offseason, including running back Leonard Fournette. At this point, it remains to be seen who will be the quarterback but the favorite has to be former first overall pick Baker Mayfield.
While there are major questions on the offensive side of the ball, the Bucs have a talented defense with Devin White, Lavonte David, Antoine Winfield Jr., Carlton Davis III, and Vita Vea. These are the type of games that can trip up a team like the Buffalo Bills as a defense like this can create problems, especially on a short week and with a big AFC matchup looming next week.
However, with that said the major questions at quarterback are tough to look past, and the Buffalo Bills should secure another home victory with a win over Tampa Bay.

Week 9: Buffalo Bills at Cincinnati Bengals
This is one of the top games on the Buffalo Bills schedule, not only for the fans but probably the players too. The Bills had an awful performance against the Bengals in the AFC Divisional Round last year with a 27-10 loss at Highmark Stadium. The focus will be making sure that the game last year is in the past to really take that next step.
Previously, the discussion has been centered around the Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills in terms of teams to watch for that top seed in the AFC playoffs. However, it is clear that it is now a three-team race with the Bengals.
Unfortunately, the Buffalo Bills are going on the road to play the Bengals and until they show they can compete with this team, it is tough to predict anything but a loss at this point and they suffer their first loss of the season.
