Would the Bills make a bold move if the season continues down this road?

3. Eric Bieniemy, Offensive Coordinator, Washington Commanders

Washington Commanders quarterback Sam Howell is leading the league in passing yards with 3,339 on the season through 12 games played. It is very clear the reason why, too. Offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy is one pass-happy coach, as Howell has 53 more attempts than the next-closest quarterback, Josh Allen.

Bieniemy, for those who might not know, was the offensive coordinator for Kansas City from 2018-2022 and gets a lot of credit for Patrick Mahomes' success over those years. Many have thought he's deserved to get a head coaching shot for a couple of years now, and this might just be his time after showing the league he can turn Howell into a decent pro.

Coming to Buffalo, Bieniemy could continue the pass-happy formula, of course, as Allen has thrown more passes than anyone not named Howell, this season. Bringing his vertical system to Buffalo would be great for Stefon Diggs, potentially Gabe Davis and whomever else they bring in as Allen's weapons.

If Bieniemy doesn't end up succeeding Ron Rivera in Washington, he will certainly get attention from other teams.
