Josh Allen overthrows Stefon Diggs on what would have been a certain touchdown

The Bills defense would keep the Dolphins off the scoreboard and force a punt. The offense would come back onto the field at the 11-yard line and on the first play of the game dialed up a perfect play.

Stefon Diggs was heavily involved in the opening drive with a couple of receptions and seemed they were setting up Jalen Ramsey. The reason being on the first play of the drive, Diggs would run a great route that froze Ramsey and allowed him to run right by him.

He would have easily five yards on him and all Josh Allen had to do was put it within reach of his top wide receiver. Unfortunately, Allen would miss Stefon Diggs pretty badly and what would have been the first touchdown of the game fell harmlessly to the ground.

In a game this close, these missed opportunities were looming large for the Bills.
