Each major sport in the world has some of the best athletes that fans have ever seen. Whether it’s football, baseball, hockey, basketball, soccer, you name it; sports fans will always know who they believe are the best at each sport.
The Buffalo Bills are extremely lucky to have someone like Josh Allen, who is one of the best players in the NFL with the way he leads and plays the game. He is on a trajectory to being one of the best of all-time, but he still has yet to get that final championship that he deserves. He breaks record, creates history, and plays the game that we typically don't see from the quarterback position.
The thing about Allen is that he has proven to make the impossible completely possible. You think he’s going down against pressure? He escapes it. He’s getting chased towards the sideline from a pass rush? He’ll find a way to throw it down the field for a completion. He runs into a defender on a rush? He’s pushing guys in front of him to pick up the first down or a touchdown.
Ever since his rookie season, he has put on some of the greatest highlights that we have ever seen, and it all started when he hurdled former Minnesota Vikings linebacker Anthony Barr.

The biggest knock on Allen is the fact that he doesn’t have a Super Bowl ring yet, but it’s not his fault that the Bills defense has given up atleast 27 points in their playoff losses every year since 2021.
While he does have an MVP award to show, Allen’s main goal is to bring the Lombardi Trophy to Buffalo and celebrate with Bills Mafia. Even though he still has to accomplish that, it doesn’t mean that he isn’t one of the players that we have ever seen play the game. Like I said before, he can sometimes make the impossible look completely easy, just like a current NBA star who is on his way to the Hall of Fame.

NFL Network’s Kyle Brandt and Mike Garafolo were in Buffalo on Tuesday and had the chance to speak with different members of the team, including head coach Joe Brady. Brandt started a segment in which he brought in how current Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr would talk about how he would watch his point guard in Stephen Curry, and how Kerr would talk about Curry making a play that didn’t seem possible.
Brandt then asked Brady if he has the same feeling when it comes to coaching Allen:
“Steve Kerr has this great quote…He’s like ‘sometimes when I’m watching Steph [Curry] out there, and I’m going no, no, no…yes, yes, yes! Like I have this whole emotional experience that just won the series in five seconds.’ Do you have that on the sideline with 17?” asked Brandt.
"Absolutely…You’re going through the interview process and there’s a playbook that if I took a job somewhere else, I couldn’t do because not many people can do what Josh can do. There’s plenty of those moments.” said Brady.

I know that Curry has the rings that Allen doesn’t, but there’s no doubt that when Curry steps onto the basketball court and Allen steps onto the football field, they both provide the same impact. No matter how good their opponent is, they have to game plan for these players because of the magic that they can make.
For anyone that has watched a Bills game with Josh Allen under center, you know that when #17 steps onto the field, you can’t be surprised when he makes the impossible happen and have it be the defining reason why the Bills end up winning the game.
