Josh Allen reveals the secret sauce behind Bills' resounding success
By Brandon Ray
This honestly might be the year, Bills Mafia. Since 2020, the Buffalo Bills have established themselves as one of the Super Bowl contenders in the NFL. They have found the missing pieces over the years, but they never seemed to click at the right and time, and ultimately it has cost them in the playoffs. Their biggest challenge remains defeating the Kansas City Chiefs in the playoffs, but the Bills can always beat them in the regular season which they have done ever year since 2021.
However, this Bills team is different than previous years. On paper, there isn’t as much talent yet they are more successful up to this point than the roster was in the last couple of years. At this point last year going into Week 14, the Bills were 6-6. It’s a four game difference between them this year and last year with arguably less talent.
Standing at 10-2 and AFC East champions, the Bills can now just focus on chasing the No. 1 seed in the AFC. All they they need to do is focus on their games and hope the Chiefs drop atleast one more game to have the same record.
This is clearly a different Bills team for the better, and even Josh Allen thinks so himself. According to Allen, per Alex Brasky, Allen told the media on Wednesday that this team is the most committed he has ever seen since coming to Buffalo in 2018.
The 2024 Bills is the team Bills fans have been waiting for
There is no team playing better football than the Buffalo Bills. That’s right, including the Philadelphia Eagles and Detroit Lions. The Chiefs have been in a slump, despite winning close games. The Ravens’ defense is a major liability and the Texans are falling down the stretch.
It’s hard to point out any major red flags the Bills have. At this point, they just need to hope that they can stay healthy and avoid any major injuries. The fact that this team is showing true commitment to winning and doing whatever they can to win should be a good indicator that the Bills may see themselves playing football February.
