The Buffalo Bills will head into their biggest of the year so far as they will walk into enemy territory out in Massachusetts. They will be going up against a team that ended their undefeated streak back in Week 5, and have won 10 straight games; the New England Patriots.

The Patriots walked into Orchard Park and controlled the game to beat the Bills by three points, but the Bills were lucky it wasn’t by more. Buffalo lost the turnover battle, 3-1, and also had 11 penalties. Quite frankly, they didn't deserve to win that game.

If the Patriots win this game against Buffalo, then they will win the AFC East for the first time since 2019. At 9-4, you could argue that the Bills are desperate for a win to not just try and win the division, but to also stay near the top of the wildcard spot in the playoff picture. Will Buffalo respond well to the pressure that they will have this Sunday?

Week 15 bold predictions for Bills vs. Patriots

Josh Allen plays a near perfect game

While we have seen Josh Allen score 6 total touchdowns in multiple games in his career, you could make the argument that his best game he has ever had was in the playoffs in 2021-2022 against the New England Patriots. That was when Bill Belichick was still running the show with a rookie quarterback in Mac Jones.

Buffalo and New England split the season series, and then in the first round of the playoffs in Buffalo, the Bills completely dominated the ball game winning 47-17. The main reason for this 30-point beatdown? Josh Allen.

Allen had more touchdowns than he did incompletions and he finished with a passer rating of 157.6. A near perfect game. Buffalo gave New England no chance to win that game. Do I believe that the Bills will have that kind of complimentary game? Absolutely not, but Allen will be carrying this team on his back and play phenomenal football.

Bills defense forces two interceptions on Drake Maye

There’s no denying it, Drake Maye looks like a true MVP candidate. He’s got the Patriots in position to win the AFC East and potentially lead the Patriots deep into the playoffs. He’s only thrown six interceptions on the season and hasn’t had a multi-interception game. Well, that changes this week.

Buffalo’s defense has been stepping up in crucial moments in their last two games, which includes picking Joe Burrow off consecutively, and one of them being returned for a touchdown. This game will ultimately define what kind of defense the Bills could be bringing into the playoffs, and what better way to make a statement than picking Maye off twice.

Dalton Kincaid gets 100+ receiving yards

Dalton Kincaid has been the most important target for Josh Allen this season. When he’s on the field, the offense plays better. He is averaging nearly 15 yards per reception and he has two games with over 100 yards. When he and Allen are connecting, they are one of the best in the league.

Look for Allen to connect with Kincaid as much as possible against this New England defense.

Stefon Diggs doesn't get over 50+ yards

The Bills will see Stefon Diggs again, which will be the third meeting since Buffalo traded Diggs away in the 2024 offseason. When New England came to Buffalo earlier this season, Diggs was the go-to guy for Maye and they punished the Bills.

Diggs had his best game with 10 receptions for 146 yards. He almost got into the endzone as well. Since that performance, Diggs has only gone above 69 yards in a game. With the way that Christian Benford has been playing, there should be full confidence in him going up against Diggs and making him a non-factor this Sunday.
