The Pro Bowl votes have come in and the Buffalo Bills have three players that received the news that they were voted as some of the league’s best players. Josh Allen, James Cook, and Dion Dawkins have all been voted into the Pro Bowl to represent the Bills.
According to the Buffalo Bills’ PR team, these selections are now Allen’s fourth, Dawkins’ fifth, and Cook’s third time being voted as a Pro Bowler. No one should be surprised that these three players were voted as Pro Bowlers.
Bills trio ranks as some of the best in NFL
No one can argue the fact that Allen, Cook, and Dawkins are some of the league’s best players at their respective positions. Allen is an MVP candidate and the defending MVP from last season. He has put on the Superman cape to help the Bills win multiple games this season. He can do it through the air and on the ground.
Cook is the best running back in football and now he leads the NFL in rushing yards with 1,532 and 12 touchdowns. There have been times where Cook has been Buffalo’s MVP on offense throughout this season.
As for Dawkins, he has been one of the most reliable left tackles since being drafted in 2017. As a second-round pick out of Temple, he instantly became Buffalo’s franchise left tackle and does a phenomenal job at protecting Allen’s blindside.
While it’s no surprise to see these three players voted in as Pro Bowlers, there is a big shock that fullback Reggie Gilliam was not voted in. He has been the best fullback in football and he has been great with run blocking that has helped Buffalo’s rushing attack become one of the best in football.
While Gilliam was wrongfully not voted in, it is great to see that Allen, Cook, and Dawkins are all being recognized as some of the league’s best players.
