The Buffalo Bills toppled the L.A. Rams in remarkable fashion, but it's a short week before facing the Raiders. Las Vegas hosts the Bills before the Buffalo bye week, and the away team are limping into it. This Week 6 injury report is as long as any this season.
Though perhaps better than last week, that doesn't say much. Let's get into this week's final injury report, per the Bills' PR team.

CB Christian Benford - Toe

Game Status: AVAILABLE
Christian Benford was the best defensive back for the Bills against the Rams, as the unit got destroyed. His toe injury didn't seem to slow him down, but he's not yet fully recovered.
After one missed game, Benford's Week 5 performance was adequate. Week 6 shows no limitations, as they pursue a get-right game against the Raiders.

Spencer Brown's injury seemed destined to derail the Bills on Monday Night Football. Instead, backup tackle Tylan Grable excelled, and the offense prevailed. He's had back trouble before, but it hasn't reared it's head in some time.
Spencer Brown was quickly declared out for he rest of the game, but made strides to be ready for Week 6. He's escaped Week 5 clean, and has no designation for gameday.

DL Landon Jackson - Knee

RB Ty Johnson - Hamstring
Practice #1 | Practice #2 | Practice #3 |
|---|---|---|
Limited | Limited | Full |
Game Status: AVAILABLE
It's currently unclear if this is the same hamstring injury that benched Ty Johnson to start the season, but we do know it affects his game. After an excellent slate of performances, reminders of his importance to this offence, Johnson would be missed.
Fortunately, he was a full participant in practice by week's end, and has no designation for Sunday.
WR D.J. Moore - Shoulder
Practice #1 | Practice #2 | Practice #3 |
|---|---|---|
DNP | DNP | Limited |
Game Status: QUESTIONABLE
D.J. Moore was unable to play in Week 5 against the L.A. Rams, and remained out of practice this week. The wide receiver has struggled since Week 2, and the rest may be needed to get him right for the rest of the year.
Last week's questionable designation led to an inactive status; This week could be no different, with the bye week around the corner.
Still, getting D.J. Moore back would be a boost for an offense that truly needs him to open up the passing game. For now, he remains questionable.
DL Ed Oliver - Knee
Practice #1 | Practice #2 | Practice #3 |
|---|---|---|
DNP | DNP | Limited |
Game Status: QUESTIONABLE
Last week, Ed Oliver was declared out early. This week, he didn't practice to start after missing MNF against the Rams.
He did tick up for Friday's practice, and is questionable to play against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday.
WR Joshua Palmer - Shoulder

Game Status: QUESTIONABLE
The Buffalo Bills have health issues at wide receiver, but they're getting better. After missing Monday Night Football, Joshua Palmer returns to practice. The streaky wideout could see the field this week, but there's no rush.
OLB TJ Parker - Rib

|---|---|---|
Full | Full | Full |
Game Status: AVAILABLE
TJ Parker went down briefly with a rib injury during Week 5, but hasn't been slowed by treatment. He remains fully practicing and available for Sunday.

DL T.J. Sanders - Shoulder

|---|---|---|
Limited | Limited | Full |
Game Status: QUESTIONABLE
Following his first game of the season, ending his recovery from an appendectomy, T.J. Sanders exits action with a shoulder injury. It held him back somewhat to open practice.
Fortunately, the stud DL is only questionable, hoping to make his second appearance of 2026.
Bills Injury Report Summary
Only 5 names make the Buffalo Bills injury watchlist this week. At wide receiver, D.J. Moore and Joshua Palmer lend uncertainty to the offense. Rookie WR Skyler Bell saw his first action against the Rams, and may be needed again.
On the defensive line, Landon Jackson's return gives some patience to both DLs Ed Oliver and T.J. Sanders. Still, Buffalo would be better off with their best out there.
The Bills do need better than they've had from their defensove backs. Getting NCB Dee Alford back on the field would help. If he's unable to go, Buffalo's plan of using Damar Hamlin has been ineffective. There are others on this roster better suited to replace the nickel.
