The biggest headline going into the offseason is taking place in northeast Ohio with Myles Garrett. The future Hall of Fame pass rusher requested a trade from the Cleveland Browns and is looking to join a team that can compete for a Super Bowl now. The Browns are going into a rebuild and have completely wasted Garrett’s potential at making a run at the Super Bowl.

Cleveland has only made the playoffs twice with Garrett on the team and they are closer to the number one overall pick instead of heading to the Super Bowl. There are many teams, if not all 31 that would love to have Garrett on their squad. He is a game-changing player who could easily bring some teams over the hump to either get to or win the Super Bowl. The Buffalo Bills are one of those teams.

While the Bills have attempted to fix their pass rush, they haven’t had a lot of consistency. Von Miller hasn’t been the closer that they hoped he had been ever since he tore his ACL in 2022. Greg Rousseau has a lot of promise but hasn’t been a big game-wrecking player, and A.J. Epenesa is solid but is just a rotational player.

Getting Garrett to Buffalo would immediately put the Bills over the edge to dethrone the Chiefs as the best team in the AFC and Garrett could easily be the difference maker that puts the Bills in the Super Bowl (or even win it as well).

Dion Dawkins is pushing hard for Myles Garrett to join Bills

The Bills Pro Bowl left tackle is down in New Orleans on NFL Gameday Live with Kyle Brandt and Gerald McCoy, giving his Super Bowl prediction and also doing a live pitch to Garrett to join the Bills.

Dawkins looked at the camera and spoke on how Garrett could have even made a game-changing play if he was with the Bills this past season. Dawkins gave love to Garrett and said that he “needs him in Orchard Park to get this thing done”.

Garrett is used to playing in the snow so the weather wouldn’t be an issue. He has never played with a quarterback like Josh Allen, and he hasn’t gone far in the playoffs like the Bills have. He would immediately upgrade this defense and become a threat to the rest of the AFC. Much like how teams have to gameplan for Allen, they would now have to do it for Garrett as well. Let’s hope that Garrett finds his way to Western New York for the 2025 season.
