Another wide receiver who could be an option for the Buffalo Bills in the first round of the 2023 NFL Draft is Zay Flowers out of Boston College. He is a player who has seen his stock rise quickly over the past few months and is almost certain to go in the first round.

Flowers is a smaller wide receiver who is coming off a breakout season with 78 receptions, 1,077 receiving yards, and 12 receiving touchdowns. He has the chance to be a dynamic playmaker but probably will be exclusively a slot receiver in the NFL.

While there is a lot that Flowers does well, the biggest concern in his game is the number of drops. He has the fourth highest career drop rate among wide receivers in this year’s draft class and after a season where the Buffalo Bills saw wide receivers dealing with a high rate of drops, it might not make sense to add another wide receiver with a similar issue.
