Will the Buffalo Bills trade any players during the NFL Draft?

The Buffalo Bills are entering the 2023 NFL Draft with only six draft picks and at some positions, like defensive tackle, there are concerns about long-term stability and not much room to address it. One way they could fix this would be to consider trading some players currently on the roster for additional draft picks.

The two most popular players that are mentioned when discussing potential trade candidates would be defensive tackle Ed Oliver and wide receiver Gabe Davis. Both players are entering the final year of their deal and have shown enough that if made available in trades could generate interest from other teams.

The challenge for the Buffalo Bills is that they are a Super Bowl contender right now and want to have the best 53 players they can to try and achieve that goal. That probably means keeping players like Ed Oliver and Gabe Davis and risking them leaving in free agency after the season with nothing in return.

This is what Brandon Beane will need to balance when determining if draft picks or cap space is more valuable than a year of production from those players.
