Will the Buffalo Bills draft an offensive player in the first round?

If the Buffalo Bills remain in the first round is this the year they finally draft an offensive player in the opening round of the NFL Draft? Brandon Beane is entering his sixth NFL Draft as general manager for the Buffalo Bills while Sean McDermott has been with the team through seven drafts.

In total, the Bills have drafted six players in the first round with five on the defensive side of the ball. The only offensive player to date the Buffalo Bills have drafted was quarterback Josh Allen. The success rate on that side of the ball has been great as Allen has developed into one of the top quarterbacks in the NFL.

However, this NFL Draft might be the time to get some additional help in that first round with a number of positions being a possible option. The Bills could draft an offensive lineman, either at tackle or guard, a tight end, or even running back Bijan Robinson if he is still there.

While there are plenty of options, the most likely position will be a wide receiver as there will be players like Jordan Addison, Jaxon Smith-Njigba or Zay Flowers as potential players to target early.
