New York Giants

The New York Giants are going to be a likely landing spot for almost all the Buffalo Bills free agents this offseason. The reason is that their head coach, Brian Daboll, spent four seasons as offensive coordinator with the Buffalo Bills from 2018-2021.

In addition, the Giants named Joe Schoen their general manager last offseason who also came from the Buffalo Bills where he was assistant general manager from 2017-2021.

However, for the Giants there also has to be a need and this defense definitely has a need at linebacker. Prior to last season, the Giants released their starting linebacker Blake Martinez and never really found the answer to replace him.

The Giants had a group of players like Micah McFadden, Jarrad Davis, and Jaylon Smith start at linebacker over the course of the year. While the Giants were able to get to the playoffs with this group, finding a long-term answer at the position could be a big step forward for this defense.
