One of the first teams that come to mind that could be interested in signing Tremaine Edmunds is the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Steelers drafted Devin Bush with the 10th overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft with the hopes that he could be their starting inside linebacker for the next decade.

Unfortunately, Bush has not been able to reach that level after a promising rookie season and the Steelers did not pick up his fifth year option which makes him a free agent this offseason.

As for Edmunds, he would be joining a talented linebacker group that includes T.J. Watt, who was Defensive Player of the Year in 2021, and Alex Highsmith, who had 14.5 sacks this past season. One other reason that the Steelers could be a potential landing spot is that Tremaine’s brother, Terrell, has been the starting safety for the past five seasons.

Terrell Edmunds is a free agent this offseason but if there is a chance for both players to play together, then the Pittsburgh Steelers are the likely team.
