Buffalo Bills vs. Detroit Lions Week 12: Date, Time, Injuries, More
The Buffalo Bills are returning to Detroit only four days after playing in Ford Field. The last time the Bills were in Detroit they were playing the Cleveland Browns due to the game being moved due to the snowstorm.
This time, they are playing the Detroit Lions in the first game on Thanksgiving. While the Lions have a long history of playing on the holiday, the Bills will be playing their third game in four years on Thanksgiving.

Buffalo Bills Week 12 Injury Report
Out: Tremaine Edmunds, Greg Rousseau
Doubtful: A.J. Epenesa

The Buffalo Bills on Wednesday ruled out two starters on defense as linebacker Tremaine Edmunds will miss his second straight game and defensive end Greg Rousseau will miss his third consecutive game. At linebacker, there isn’t much uncertainty as Tyrel Dodson should get the start again after a pretty good game against the Browns on Sunday.
However, defensive end is a different story as A.J. Epenesa has been the player replacing Greg Rousseau but he is dealing with an ankle injury and is listed as doubtful. It seems very unlikely that he will play this week and the Bills will look for the next man up in either Shaq Lawson or Boogie Basham.
The Bills also elevated Mike Love from the practice squad and it wouldn’t be surprising to not only see him be active but play some snaps against the Lions.
The final player with an injury designation is center Mitch Morse who is dealing with elbow and ankle injuries. He was not able to practice at all this week and it will be interesting to see if he is actually able to go.
If he is not able to play, starting guard Ryan Bates looks like he will be the player to replace him, according to Matt Parrino. However, this creates a hole at guard and the team likely would have either Bobby Hart or Greg Van Roten start at that spot.

Meanwhile, the Detroit Lions are dealing with injuries on both sides of the ball and will be without multiple starters for this game. The Lions have already ruled out both starting guards and their top cornerback and I would expect the coaching staff to test these two parts of their team.
