6 storylines for the Buffalo Bills in Week 6 against the Kansas City Chiefs
Does pass rush make an impact against the Chiefs?
For the past two offseasons, the Buffalo Bills front office has seemingly had the same objective and that is to find the pieces for a pass rush that can get after Patrick Mahomes.
In 2021, the Bills drafted Greg Rousseau and Boogie Basham in the first two rounds of the NFL Draft. While Greg Rousseau did some good things as a rookie, the pass rush was still inconsistent and didn’t get home as much as they needed in the playoff game.
General manager Brandon Beane recognized that and went for the home run by signing Von Miller, who is off to an excellent start this season with four sacks. Not to be outdone, Rousseau has also looked great in his development in his second season and also has four sacks on the year.
The Buffalo Bills have tried to improve the pass rush with this quarterback and this matchup in mind. If the pass rush can make the impact it needs, the Buffalo Bills will be in a great position for the win.
