5 things we learned from Day 3 of Buffalo Bills training camp

Tim Harris is a player to watch during training camp
On Tuesday, defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier met with the media and was asked if there is a silver lining in Tre’Davious White not being available as it creates some extra opportunities for some of the young players.
Frazier did say it would be great for White to be available but it does give some younger players opportunities like Kaiir Elam and Dane Jackson. He also mentioned a third cornerback which was a bit of a surprise in Tim Harris.
Harris was with the Buffalo Bills for about a week last year prior to the season and was released during roster cuts. He would return to the Bills later in the season on the practice squad and sign a reserve/futures contract after the season.
He is a player that coaches have certainly taken note playing with the second team and on Tuesday, Thad Brown noted Harris made a great play against Marquez Stevenson.
Barkley nice throw over middle in traffic. Hodgins can't make catch. Play he needs to make.

Then Tim Harris dominates Stevenson down the sideline.#Bills
While Tim Harris is unlikely to earn one of the starting cornerbacks spots, the depth at the position is a wide-open competition between players like Cam Lewis, Olaijah Griffin, Nick McCloud, and Harris.
The combination of Frazier mentioning him on Monday, along with the observation from Brown on Tuesday, could put Harris in that spot as a favorite for one of those backup spots.
