This has been a constant theme since the Buffalo Bills added Von Miller as he not only will make an impact on the field but will be an invaluable resource for the younger players on the team.
On Tuesday, the former All-Pro got a vet day but as Jenna Cottrell tweeted he was busy talking with his teammates and providing that leadership.

There is no question that the Buffalo Bills have had leadership at the position with Jerry Hughes and Mario Addison on the roster. However, Von Miller is one of the top edge rushers in the league even at this stage of his career.
Opposing teams are going to have to account for him before every snap and this should help Greg Rousseau, Boogie Basham, A.J. Epenesa, and even Ed Oliver as they all look to improve on last year.
