Defensive End

Another position that the Buffalo Bills may want to address but could wait is at defensive end. The Bills have used a lot of draft capital at this position over the years with A.J. Epenesa in the second round of the 2020 NFL Draft and then Greg Rousseau and Boogie Basham with their first and second pick last year.

These players, combined with the addition of Von Miller and Shaq Lawson in free agency, have the position relatively set for this season. However, teams can never have enough pass rushers so adding a player who has good intangibles and athleticism could make sense to develop and eventually become part of the rotation.

One player who could potentially be a good fit is DeAngelo Malone who played for Western Kentucky and has reportedly worked out with the Buffalo Bills. It wouldn’t be surprising to see the front office add another pass rusher in the final rounds of the 2022 NFL Draft.
