If the Buffalo Bills are looking to trade up, cornerback Trent McDuffie is a player that they could look to add who could start almost immediately. However, if they want to trade back they could target his former teammate who started on the opposite side of the field in cornerback Kyler Gordon.

The scouting report on NFL.com describes a player who has all the tools but needs a little more polish, particularly in route recognition. This is something McDuffie does well and is why he is projected as a middle first round pick and Kyler Gordon could be looking at a late first round, early second-round selection.

For the Buffalo Bills, they don’t necessarily need a cornerback who can be the number one corner on their defense with Tre’Davious White already in place. While McDuffie would certainly be a great selection, adding Kyler Gordon later with additional draft picks could be a smart move for this team.
