Buffalo Bills Draft Target: Trent McDuffie, CB (Washington)

Another cornerback that the Buffalo Bills may target if they trade up would be Trent McDuffie from Washington. There is a chance that he could still be on the board when the Bills are on the clock at 25.

However, with teams like the Philadelphia Eagles, Pittsburgh Steelers, and New England Patriots picking a few picks ahead of them that need cornerbacks, the Bills could look to jump them to select the cornerback they want.

Trent McDuffie may not have the size that Andrew Booth Jr. has but is still a competitive cornerback. The scouting report on NFL.com describes a cornerback that is able to stay with wide receivers and is versatile in that he can play man or zone.

"Three-year starter whose average size is overshadowed by skillful ruggedness, allowing him to contest throws from a variety of coverages. He’s an elite competitor with a route-hugging mentality fueled by body control, foot agility, aggression and burst. He’s a pesky press-man defender with the tools to excel in zone. He’s willing to fly downhill and hit anybody near the football."

The selections of either Andrew Booth Jr. or Trent McDuffie would instantly improve the position and either player could step into the starting lineup as a rookie for the Bills.
