4 Carolina Panthers free agents the Buffalo Bills could target this offseason

The final player is cornerback Donte Jackson, who was drafted after Sean McDermott had already left Carolina but is a cornerback that fits his scheme. Jackson is a player that would likely command the biggest contract of the four but could be worth the long-term investment to solidify the cornerback position.
