Can the Buffalo Bills force Davis Mills into some mistakes?

This game was supposed to be a revenge game of sorts as the Houston Texans were expected to have Tyrod Taylor under center. Taylor, who was a starting QB for the Bills for a number of years, suffered a hamstring injury that forced him to injured reserve and the Houston Texans will go with third round pick Davis Mills at quarterback.

This will be Mills’ second career start, and first on the road, which could spell trouble for the quarterback. As Taylor Heinicke found out last week, it isn’t easy to go on the road and especially be the visiting quarterback in Highmark Stadium.

One of the things the Texans have done well this season though is protecting the football. They have only two turnovers this season, which is the second-fewest in the league. Meanwhile, the Buffalo Bills defense has done an excellent job forcing turnovers and have six on the season, which is tied for the third-most in the league.

In games like this, turnovers can be a great equalizer and if the Houston Texans hope to pull off the upset they will need to protect the football.
