Buffalo Bills Matchup #1: RT Sam Cosmi vs. LDE Greg Rousseau, AJ Epenesa

Rookie tackle Sam Cosmi’s wasn’t eased into the NFL as his first-career game came against Joey Bosa and the Los Angeles Chargers.

Predictably, it went poorly for the 2021 second-round pick.

Week 2 against the Giants, however, went much better for Cosmi as he didn’t allow a single pressure in the Football Team’s primetime win over New York.

Two games into his career, the jury is still out on Cosmi’s effectiveness as a pass-blocker. The Bills will use Greg Rousseau and AJ Epenesa to find out early in Sunday’s contest if he’s ready for the big leagues.

Rousseau and Epenesa are coming off an extremely impressive showing in which the two combined for four QB hits, seven QB pressures, and two sacks. In Week 3, they’ll line up across from Cosmi and try to get the rookie to crack.
