Buffalo Bills: Predicting the RB depth chart entering training camp
The running back position is going to be fun to watch during training camp and during the preseason for the Buffalo Bills. The reason is that there really isn’t any spot that is established or one that has the clear favorite.
Last year, the Buffalo Bills entered the season with a great deal of potential between Devin Singletary coming off a good rookie season and Zack Moss expected to be the power back that could compliment Singletary.
At times, this combination worked like at the end of the game against the Pittsburgh Steelers where Moss was a big reason the team had a drive that lasted seven minutes and secured the win.
The problem is that the running backs struggled to be a consistent threat on a weekly basis. However, the front office still believes in the potential of this group with the only notable move at the position being signing free agent Matt Breida, whose roster spot isn’t even guaranteed at this point of the offseason.
When looking at the position, this is what I believe will be the depth chart at running back entering training camp but could look significantly different by the start of the regular season.
