Buffalo Bills: Ranking impact of each player from 2020 draft class in 2021
Number 4 – Zack Moss
Next on this list is running back Zack Moss and the reason he is at number four is a similar reason to A.J. Epenesa and it comes down to opportunity. He will likely spend the season splitting the workload with Devin Singletary, similar to last season when he finished with 112 rushing attempts for 481 rushing yards and four rushing touchdowns.
Even splitting the work with Singletary is not enough to move him up because the Buffalo Bills don’t prioritize the run game. This offseason Sean McDermott has talked about improving the offense but that doesn’t necessarily mean finding a balance between passing and running the ball.
This is not great news for Moss’ chances to really breakout and while he will likely be a big part of the offense, his impact is going to be limited as long as the Buffalo Bills remain a pass-heavy offense.
