Buffalo Bills assistant coaches and their impact on the offense

Assistant Receivers Coach/Game Management: Marc Lubick

Marc Lubick joined the Bills is entering his fifth season with the Bills and has filled a variety of roles for the Bills. Lubick has a small role as assistant receivers coach where he has helped hall coach one of the best wide receiver rooms in the league. Where Lubick brings his value is on game day as his role in charge of game management alongside head coach Sean McDermott. McDermott had good things to say about Lubick and the value he has brought to gameday.

On gameday Lubick is the voice in McDermott’s ear who helps him make decisions about challenges, clock management, and several in-game scenarios. While McDermott still has the final say Lubick had a huge impact in 2020 helping McDermott show a strong improvement on gameday coaching decisions. Lubick is a huge asset for Buffalo and without Lubick McDermott still may be making some of the mistakes we saw in his first couple years as a coach on game day.
