Buffalo Bills: 4 games that need to be on primetime in 2021
For close to 20 years, the Buffalo Bills had seemingly been an afterthought when the league was determining which games to put on primetime. However, this past season that all changed after the Bills originally had four games on primetime, including a stretch of three games over a four-week period.
After reaching the AFC Championship Game and bringing back almost their entire roster, there is no reason to not think the Bills once again will find themselves with multiple primetime games this coming season.
These are four games in particular that would make sense for the NFL to place on their primetime schedule, starting with maybe the very first game of the 2021 season.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The NFL has given the first game of the season to the reigning Super Bowl champions, which is the Bucs after their win over the Kansas City Chiefs. Since the Bucs will be playing at home against the Buffalo Bills, this could give the league a marquee matchup to kickoff the season.
One of the reasons, outside of this just being two very good teams, is the history that Tom Brady has with the Bills. Prior to joining the Bucs, Brady led the Patriots and helped them to numerous Super Bowl titles but also consistent dominance over the AFC East.
This, unfortunately, included the Bills and Brady has a career record of 32-3 and this is the most wins against any franchise Brady has. There will be plenty of talking points for this game and would make alot of sense for the first game of the year.
