Jacksonville Jaguars

A quarterback has been selected first overall the past three years and five of the past six. This year should continue that trend with the Jacksonville Jaguars almost certainly drafting Trevor Lawrence.

The quarterback from Clemson is considered one of the best prospects coming out of college since Andrew Luck in 2012. The fact that these types of players come around once every decade, it would make sense for the NFL to try and showcase those players.

In addition to Lawrence, the Jaguars also have a high-profile head coach with them hiring Urban Meyers this offseason.

While on paper this doesn’t look like it would be the most competitive game, there certainly will be plenty of talking points for this matchup like Lawrence vs. Josh Allen, as well as the offensive-minded Meyers facing the defensive-minded McDermott.
