The next Alabama prospect is another offensive lineman, Landon Dickerson. Although Dickerson has some injury concerns, his ability when he’s on the field is undeniable. At 6’6″ and 325 pounds, Dickerson felt like a man amongst boys, consistently illustrating his play strength snap after snap.

Dickerson isn’t the most athletic interior offensive lineman, but he is more than capable of pulling on power runs. His above average strength and intelligence makes up for any lack of athleticism he may have as he translates his game to the next level.

Although the Buffalo Bills re-signed Jon Feliciano, the way his contract was structure suggests that the Bills don’t view him as a long term solution at either guard spot. On top of that, Cody Ford has struggled to stay on the field and when he has been on the field he hasn’t been the most consistent. Dickerson did play center at Alabama, but he is more than capable of playing guard and competing for either guard spot for the Buffalo Bills in 2021.

Lastly, Mitch Morse’s concussion history is still a concern despite how great he is when he’s on the field. The fact that one more concussion could end his football career is worrisome. The Buffalo Bills did set up a contingency plan for this scenario by re-signing Jon Felciano, but Dickerson would be a more prudent long term solution for either the center or guard spots on the offensive line.
