Tight Ends

Dawson Knox had a busy game this week with eight targets, which was a career-high, but it didn’t result in much more production as he had only two receptions for 29 yards. The increase in targets could have been due to Cole Beasley being out and the Bills looking to Knox to be that threat in the middle of the field with short routes.

However, the fact that he was able to only muster two receptions has to be a concern to the coaching staff, and the tight end position is one that may not be heavily involved in their gameplan.

Offensive Line

Since the Buffalo Bills made the switch along their offensive line of putting Jon Feliciano in at right guard and Ike Boettger at left guard, this group has played much better. This week against the Dolphins was no different as they only were able to get one sack and two QB hits.

If the offensive line is able to continue to give Josh Allen this kind of time in the pocket, it should help keep this passing game on track against the Colts and hopefully beyond.
