Number 2: Miami Dolphins

Last month, during the Miami Dolphins’ bye week the team announced that they would be making a switch at quarterback and go with the fifth overall pick Tua Tagovailoa. The move was a little surprising at the time because Ryan Fitzpatrick was playing well.

The move has paid off as the Dolphins are 3-0 with Tagovailoa under center and potentially could have the same record as the Bills atop the AFC East after this week.

The change at quarterback hasn’t been the only difference as the defense has stepped up in recent weeks as well. The Dolphins have played good offenses like the Rams, Cardinals, and Chargers during this stretch and held them to an average of 23 points per game.

The Bills and Dolphins will be facing off in the final week of the season and with the way the past month has gone, there is a real possibility that the winner here will claim the AFC East. The good news for the Bills is that this game is in Buffalo and weather could be a factor, which should favor the home team.

Regardless, this is likely to be the biggest game of the season for the Buffalo Bills.
